Joy Morris

Joy is passionate about helping people to reach their full potential both in body and mind.  After seeing her clients benefit through Nordic walking she tried it then became hooked after her first session. She finds that Nordic walking is the perfect complement to her Feldenkrais work. After teaching a client a more efficient and organic way of moving, Nordic walking naturally carries on that process. She finds it a wonderful way of improving strength and fitness in a comfortable and enjoyable way. With the bonus of being in beautiful surroundings and socialising with like minded people.
