We are a friendly group of instructors of love to share their passion for Nordic Walking and helping people to achieve their goals. Nothing make us happier than to see someone learn about Nordic Walking, fall in love with it and then use it hit their personal weight loss or fitness goals.
You don’t have to be a member and you will always be welcome. Nordic Walking is great fun and our instructors will not only ensure that you reach your health goals but that you have a great time doing it! You will learn all you need to know in a relaxed friendly atmosphere with the Learn To Nordic Walk course.

Anthea runs a Foot in the Chilterns which is based just outside Henley on Thames and offers Nordic walking for the able and less able in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Walks can range from using Nordic walking as a rehab tool, to fitness training and workouts, or more leisurely nature walks.
Kate is really passionate about encouraging people to be more active and finding a type of exercise, which they enjoy and can become a part of their everyday lives. She believes that Nordic Walking is fantastic because it appeals to people of all ages and abilities and Kate would love to encourage anyone to at least give it a try as she hopes to grow a big Nordic walking community in Oxfordshire.
Joy is passionate about helping people to reach their full potential both in body and mind. After seeing her clients benefit through Nordic walking she tried it then became hooked after her first session. She finds that Nordic walking is the perfect complement to her Feldenkrais work. After teaching a client a more efficient and organic way of moving, Nordic walking naturally carries on that process. She finds it a wonderful way of improving strength and fitness in a comfortable and enjoyable way. With the bonus of being in beautiful surroundings and socialising with like minded people.
